Parts availability has always been the key to the success of Nelson’s Bus Service. With a six thousand square foot parts department, three full-time in house personnel, and a full-time parts specialist on the road, we understand what it takes to keep your school bus moving.

Our commitment is backed by a huge inventory of parts, most of which can be shipped the same day if ordered before 3:30 PM. If we do not have it in stock, we can get it the next day from one of eight Freightliner parts distribution centers. Freightliner Customer Support has eight distribution centers strategically located throughout North America, Chicago being the closest. Within the two million square feet of facilities, Nelson’s has access to over $150 million worth of inventory.

In addition to Freightliner and Thomas service parts, we offer parts for all brands of buses. From engine parts to chassis parts to switches, if it is on your bus, we can supply it at very competitive prices.
